The console does not provide an RGB signal and must be modified in order to provide one. The highest quality signal from a stock console is S-video.

XRGB-3 Specific settings

No special settings are required. If you are using an unmodded PAL console you will need to transcode Composite or S-Video to RGB, otherwise you will only get a monochrome picture.

XRGB-Mini Specific settings

For RGB modded Nintendo 64 consoles you may need to adjust sync level or use an external sync cleaner.
